Dr. Bing Liang is the President of U.S. University Pathways, committed to making American K-12 education accessible to students around the world. U.S. University Pathways currently serves more than 600 students through its online high school and branch campuses in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Portugal, and Ukraine, where students can earn an accredited American high school diploma in their home countries. In 2024, U.S. University Pathways was named a Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Commitment Maker for its pledge to make education accessible for girls in Afghanistan. Bing holds a doctorate in Higher Educational Leadership from Edgewood University and a master's degree in English Teaching from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville.
A former international student himself, Bing has a lifelong passion for education, cultural exchange, and creating pathways for young people to experience the world beyond their home country. His commitment to cross-cultural education extends into the local community as well, where he served on the executive board of the United Nations Association of Dane County and currently serving as a community member at the Verona Area International School in Verona, Wisconsin.
